Processing Time
We ship from our Ohio facility and move quickly:
Simple orders (1–3 bowls): Same or next business day
Medium orders (4–11 bowls): 1–3 business days
Large orders (12+ bowls or special tuning requests): 2–5 business days
These timeframes reflect when your package leaves our hands and is picked up by the carrier. Total delivery time depends on the shipping speed you select at checkout.
If you're working toward a deadline—a birthday, a retreat, a holiday—reach out when placing your order. We're happy to explore options that work for your timing.
Where Our Bowls Ship From
Our inventory ships from northeast Ohio.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We mainly ship via UPS comparing options to find you the best balance of cost and speed. Shipping costs are passed through at cost—we don't mark them up.
Estimated range: $10–80+, depending on your location and order size.
To see your estimated shipping cost, add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout.
Packaging: Bowls 6" through 12" ship in boxes up to 20". We typically nest 1–3 bowls per box for safe transport.
International Shipping
For orders outside the United States, we recommend reaching out to us for a quote before placing your order. This allows us to handle the paperwork, and find the best carrier for your location.
We ship internationally with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other regional carriers depending on your destination.

Tracking and Signature
All shipments are shipped with tracking and require a signature at delivery to ensure your bowls arrive safely into your hands.
Our Guarantee
From our facility to your doorstep, we've got you covered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit while shipped using our recommendations, we'll replace it with a comparable product of equal value.
Once you sign for your delivery, the bowls are in your care.
