Processing Time
We ship from our Ohio and California facilities and move quickly:
Simple orders (1–3 bowls): Same or next business day
Medium orders (4–11 bowls): 1–3 business days
Large orders (12+ bowls or special tuning requests): 2–5 business days
These timeframes reflect when your package leaves our hands and is picked up by the carrier. Total delivery time depends on the shipping speed you select at checkout.
Some bowls—especially marked—are located at other facilities around the world. These will have a designation noting their location and will have additional lead time.
If you're working toward a deadline—a birthday, a retreat, a holiday—reach out when placing your order. We're happy to explore options that work for your timing.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via UPS and USPS, comparing options to find you the best balance of cost and speed. Shipping costs are passed through at cost—we don't mark them up.
Estimated range: $10–80+, depending on your location.

Packaging: Bowls 6" through 12" ship in boxes up to 20". We typically nest 1–3 bowls per box for safe transport.
International Shipping
For orders outside the United States, we recommend reaching out to us for a quote before placing your order. This allows us to handle the paperwork, find the best carrier for your location, and offer you the option to prepay duties—so your bowls can arrive within days with no surprises at customs.
We ship internationally with USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, Canada Post, and other regional carriers depending on your destination.

Tracking and Signature
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. All shipments require a signature at delivery to ensure your bowls arrive safely into your hands.
Our Guarantee
From our facility to your doorstep, we've got you covered. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll replace it with a comparable product of equal value.
Once you sign for your delivery, the bowls are in your care.
