You don't need to be a healer. You don't need to own a bowl. You don't even need to know what a singing bowl sounds like yet.
Sound Immersion Level 1 is where it starts — for anyone.
Over eight weeks, you'll be led by the Divine Bowls teaching collective — seven people who each carry a different relationship with sound. A musician. A voice. A healer. An herbalist. A hypnotherapist. A jewelry maker. A technologist. They won't stand above you and teach down. They'll sit beside you, share what they know, share what they're still learning, and help you find your own way in — not from a script, but from their own lived experience.
This is Level One of a three-part certification journey with Divine Bowls — the original American manufacturers of quartz crystal singing bowls, crafting these instruments since 1975. Each level is offered separately, so you can take a breath between them or continue when you're ready.

What we'll explore together:
Who Divine Bowls are — the 50-year story behind the instruments. How the bowls are made and why the craft matters. Frequency, vibration, and what's actually happening when a bowl sings. Your own medicine — what you bring to sound, not what sound does to you. How to be with a bowl — listening, playing, breathing. The intersection of music, wellness, intention, and daily life. Integration — carrying sound beyond the session and into your world.

Thursdays, March 26 – May 14, 2026 · 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM Pacific Time. Just 90 minutes a week — one hour of teaching, 30 minutes for questions and conversation. Miss a session?
