Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for products or services purchased through our site or in person. All transactions are final upon completion of purchase.

Each of our singing bowls is a unique instrument. We encourage you to reach out with questions before purchasing so we can help you find the right bowl for you.

7-Day Satisfaction Exchange

If you receive your bowl and feel it is not the right fit for you, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@divinebowls.love to discuss a possible exchange for another bowl.

Because each bowl is unique, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Approved exchanges must be safely returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any price difference between bowls unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the exchange process.

Defective Products

Natural variations in the quartz crystal—including minor visual differences, color variations, or small surface characteristics—are normal and not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each instrument unique. 

However, if your bowl arrives with what you feel is a defect that affects the bowl, contact us immediately at hello@divinebowls.love with photos and details so we can make it right. We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Shipping Damage

If your bowl arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at hello@divinebowls.love within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Other Exchange Requests

For concerns unrelated to defects or shipping damage, we offer exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior written approval. Please reach out with details about your purchase and concerns, and wait for our approval before returning anything. If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
