We do not offer refunds for products or services purchased through our site or in person. All transactions are final upon completion of purchase.

Each of our singing bowls is a unique instrument. We encourage you to reach out with questions before purchasing so we can help you find the right bowl for you.

Defective Products

If your bowl arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Our bowls are built to last a lifetime, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.

Contact us immediately at hello@divinebowls.love with photos and details. For verified defects, we'll provide an exchange or store credit at no additional cost to you—including return shipping.

Please note that natural variations in the quartz crystal—including minor visual differences, color variations, or small surface characteristics—are normal and not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each instrument unique.

Shipping Damage

If your bowl arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Other Exchange Requests

For concerns unrelated to defects or shipping damage, we offer exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior written approval. Please reach out with details about your purchase and concerns, and wait for our approval before returning anything.

If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Educational Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of our Educational Offerings, all course purchases and digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
