Our bowls are manufactured in our Ohio facility and shipped directly to you from Ohio and California.

Divine Bowls LLC offers educational content including but not limited to blog articles, guides, instructional materials, and coursework related to singing bowls, sound, and wellness practices ("Educational Content"). All Educational Content and all educational materials including but not limited to courses, workshops, written guides, video content, and instructional methods ("Educational Materials") (the "Educational Content" and "Educational Materials" are collectively referred to herein as the "Educational Offerings"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Bowls LLC. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, teach, resell, or repurpose our Educational Offerings in any form for any reason without our prior written consent. Course enrollment is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, course materials, or access with others is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
Completion of our Educational Materials or consumption of our Educational Content does not constitute certification, licensure, or professional qualification. Our Educational Offerings are designed to support your personal journey and practice.
1.4 Product Information, Descriptions & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products accurately and describe them thoroughly. However, we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or other visual details will appear exactly as shown on your screen. Each quartz crystal singing bowl is unique, and natural variations in the material are normal and to be expected.
Product descriptions, including information about infusions, frequencies, properties, and intended uses, are provided for educational purposes only. Our bowls are sound instruments and wellness tools; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing for volume purchases, custom orders, wholesale accounts, or specific promotional offerings in our sole discretion.
Volume pricing, wholesale pricing, and custom bowl pricing are available by inquiry and may differ from standard retail pricing displayed on the Site. Custom orders require a consultation and written quote; pricing discussed during consultation is valid for the timeframe specified in the quote.
Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
1.5 Custom Orders
Custom singing bowls are created through a collaborative consultation process. Custom orders require a deposit and written agreement specifying the bowl's specifications, infusions, and pricing.
Custom orders are final upon confirmation and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and manufacturing schedules.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our manufacturing capabilities or that conflict with our values.
1.6 User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
1.7 User Content & Community Guidelines
Our Site may include community features that allow you to post comments, reviews, photos, or other content ("Content"). By submitting content, you grant Divine Bowls LLC a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, and worldwide right and license to host, use, distribute, reproduce, modify, store, communicate to the public, translate, and display such Content in connection with our business. You represent, warrant, and agree that you have all the necessary rights in the Content to grant this license, and any Content you submit is accurate, does not violate any third party's rights, and complies with all applicable laws. Community Guidelines: Be respectful and constructive. Do not post Content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. Do not use our community features for commercial solicitation or spam.

1.9 Purchases and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
1.10 Shipping
We ship directly from our Ohio and California facilities. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
1.11 Limitation of Liability; Waiver of Rights
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIVINE BOWLS LLC OR ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND/OR LICENSORS (THE "DIVINE BOWLS PARTIES") BE LIABLE (JOINTLY OR SEVERALLY) TO YOU, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, LOST SAVINGS, LOST REVENUES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES WHETHER ARISING UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF WARRANTY, MISREPRESENTATION, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS, PARTICIPATION IN OUR EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS, AND/OR ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS. IF ANY APPLICABLE AUTHORITY HOLDS ANY PORTION OF THIS SECTION TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THEN DIVINE BOWLS PARTIES' LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PRODUCTS, OR EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY. IN SUCH STATES, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF DIVINE BOWLS PARTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW. Except where specifically stated to the contrary, all remedies available to Divine Bowls LLC for your breach of any of the terms and conditions under these Terms, at law, or in equity, are cumulative and non-exclusive. A waiver or failure of Divine Bowls LLC at any time to require performance by you of any provision hereof shall not affect the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter. Similarly, the failure of Divine Bowls LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the Site, purchasing our products, and/or participating in our Educational Offerings, you agree that you are using the Site, purchasing our products, and/or participating in our Educational Offerings at your own risk. 1.13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Divine Bowls Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third party's rights, or your misuse of our Educational Offerings or methods.
1.14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and any and all claims arising out of or in connection therewith, including but not limited to Divine Bowls LLC's products and/or Educational Offerings, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio applicable to contracts made entirely within Ohio and wholly performed in Ohio, without regard to any conflict or choice of law principles. Each Party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction and venue of and agrees to service of process issued or authorized by any state or federal court in Painesville, Ohio. Neither the United Nations Convention on Contractors for the International Sale of Goods nor the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act will apply to these Terms.
Any and all disputes, claims or causes of action, in law or equity, including without limitation, claims arising out of or related to the Parties' negotiations and inducements to agree to these Terms, enforcement, breach, performance or interpretation of these Terms, or the products and/or Educational Offerings of Divine Bowls LLC shall be submitted to mandatory, binding arbitration conducted at the American Arbitration Association at the regional office located in Cleveland, Ohio, USA (or nearest regional office then in existence) and in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules. Three (3) arbitrators appointed under such rules shall conduct said binding arbitration, and any judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction. These Terms are subject to the operation of the 1958 United Nations Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
You acknowledge that by agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to resolve any such dispute through a trial by jury or judge or administrative proceeding. Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent Divine Bowls LLC from obtaining injunctive relief in any competent state or federal court in Ohio to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of any such arbitration.
Notwithstanding any contrary provision in these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that Divine Bowls LLC may file a complaint in the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, Painesville, Ohio or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio for infringement of its proprietary or intellectual property rights. In the event that Divine Bowls LLC is successful in taking any action to enforce, or in defending, as applicable, its rights under these Terms either in binding arbitration or in state or federal court in the event of Divine Bowls LLC's filing of a complaint for infringement of its proprietary or intellectual property rights, you agree to pay the reasonable and documented fees and expenses (including attorneys' fees and expenses) of Divine Bowls LLC in such action or arbitration.
You and Divine Bowls LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the remainder of this Section shall remain valid and enforceable. This Section shall survive expiration, termination, or rescission of these Terms.

1.15 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases or enroll in Educational Offerings on this Site. By placing an order or enrolling, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Modifications shall be effective immediately upon being published to the Site. Part 3: Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 All Sales Final
We do not offer refunds for products or services purchased through our Site or in person. All transactions are final upon completion of purchase.
Each of our singing bowls is a unique instrument. We encourage you to reach out with questions before purchasing so we can help you find the right bowl for you.
3.2 Defective Products
If your bowl arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Our bowls are built to last a lifetime, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.
To report a defect: Contact us immediately at hello@divinebowls.love with photos and a description of the issue. For verified manufacturing defects, we will provide an exchange or store credit at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Please note that natural variations in the quartz crystal—including minor visual differences, color variations, or small surface characteristics—are normal and not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each instrument unique.
3.3 Shipping Damage
If your bowl arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
3.4 Other Exchange Requests
For concerns unrelated to defects or shipping damage, we offer exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis, subject to our prior written approval. Please reach out with details about your purchase and concerns, and wait for our approval before returning anything.
If approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
3.5 Educational Products & Courses
Due to the digital nature of our Educational Offerings, all course purchases and digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
