Let It Out

Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to edit before we create. To judge before we begin. To believe that creativity belongs to "creative people"—and that maybe we're not one of them.

But the throat wants to speak. The hands want to make. The mind wants to play. This is human, not special. These bowls carry frequencies and infusions that support expression: lapis and chrysocolla for the throat that's been holding back, moonstone and opal for accessing the place where ideas live, citrine for the courage to begin, sacred geometry tea for the patterns beneath the patterns.

You don't have to be making art to need this. The email you've been avoiding, the conversation you keep rehearsing, the project that's stuck—these are creative acts too. So is the way you move through a room, solve a problem, raise a child. Expression is everywhere once you stop gatekeeping it.

Play one when the page is blank and the cursor won't move. When you need to say something true and don't know how. When the inner critic is louder than the inner voice. The frequency won't create for you—but it can help you get out of your own way.

Creative Expression

Creativity isn't a gift—it's already yours.
